During the first meeting, we take plenty of time to discuss your ideas and wishes. We show you how we work, what materials we build with, and are happy to answer all your questions.

Finding the right location
Do you already have a building plot? Great! If not, we will be happy to help you find the perfect spot. We have a wide selection of building plots in prime locations on the Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida.
From sea views to rural tranquility – together we will find a location that suits your lifestyle, budget and living requirements.
A realistic budget tailored to your needs
Once we know what you are looking for and where you want to build, we will draw up a transparent cost overview. We respect your budget and give a clear price indication, including materials used and options such as garden or swimming pool construction.
In addition, we work with reliable banks for those who need construction financing or a mortgage.
Meeting with the builder and architect
At MedVilla we work together with experienced building promoters and their architects who are specialized in modern villas in Spain. Based on your ideas and our joint input we design an initial proposal.
You are in control, we translate your wishes into a concrete and feasible design.

An interior that suits you
Once the exterior design is in place, we will work together on the interior. Think about the choice of floors, kitchen, windows, doors and bathroom furniture as well as the furniture.
An interior designer can help you with this with tips and advice.
Together we choose all the materials, so that you see exactly your taste - and all within your budget.
Garden design and outdoor space
The garden is at least as important as the house itself. We provide a well-thought-out garden plan with attractive terraces, paths, plants and possibly solar panels.

Everything is possible, always with an eye for comfort and appearance.
Clear agreements, clear contract
Have all choices been made and the budget approved? Then we record everything in a clear contract. Even after signing, there is still room for adjustments, as long as they fall within the agreed planning.
Any changes with price impact?
We always communicate these in advance. That way you will never be faced with surprises.
The construction phase – your dream comes to life
As soon as the shovel goes into the ground to build your house in Spain, we will keep you informed. You will receive regular photos and updates on the progress. Of course, you are also more than welcome to come and see the progress of your dream villa yourself.
Are you not in Spain? No worries – you will remain fully involved.
Fully furnished, ready to move in
We not only help you with building, but also with furnishing. If desired, we work together with quality brands and an interior designer to furnish your villa stylishly and functionally.
When you get the key, you only need to bring your personal belongings.
We take care of the rest – down to the last cushion on the sofa.
Turnkey delivery – taken care of down to the last detail
Upon delivery, we will go through the entire house together. Everything must be perfect and correct down to the last detail. Do you have any questions or need minor adjustments after delivery? No problem – we remain available. One phone call or visit is enough. You are never alone.
