How does our collaboration work in practice?
When you introduce a potential buyer, we ensure a smooth and professional follow-up. This is how our collaboration proceeds step by step:
1. Schedule a viewing: As soon as you have an interested customer, we will schedule a viewing with you. Our team is ready to personally guide the customer and professionally show them around the location.
2. Email confirmation: After scheduling the appointment, send a confirmation email to rudi @ medvillaspanje.com. You will receive a clear email template from us in which you can fill in the customer's contact details and a possible wish list.
Good to know: even if the customer has had contact with us before, we still consider them as your customer - we value and respect your introduction.
3. Report after viewing: The day after the viewing, you will receive a full report from us with feedback from the customer, next steps and any interest.
