Basic key management
Are you not in Spain all year round? No worries. MedVilla offers a professional key management service, so your home is always safe and accessible – when needed.

Property management with peace of mind
Do you want to be sure that your home in Spain is in good hands during your absence? MedVilla offers you carefree home management with regular checks and reliable follow-up.
To make it clear for you, we have put together three clear packages. This way you can easily choose the formula that best suits your personal wishes and the level of support you are looking for.

Standard Package I
- Key management under the conditions as described above.
- Monthly inspection of your home and any additional inspection after storms or heavy rainfall.
- Checking whether all utilities are functioning properly (electricity, water, gas)
- Flushing all toilets, taps and showers to prevent dehydration and any odour nuisance.
- Checking the lighting and replacing bulbs if necessary.
- Ventilating the entire home and checking for any moisture formation.
- Checking for the presence of insects or other vermin.
- Testing all electrical equipment.
- Checking roller shutters, locks and any grills.
- Checking and emptying the letterbox, whereby the existing mail is deposited in the home. Important mail is opened by us after approval by the owner and forwarded to the owner.
- Direct telephone contact with owners in the event of important matters or incidents.
- Monthly email contact with findings of the inspection.

Extended Package – extra security and accessibility
Including all services from Standard Package I, plus extra support and accessibility:
- Two home inspections per month
- Available 24/7, 365 days a year, for you and your guests in case of calamities or problems
- We are your permanent point of contact for all matters concerning your home - from the homeowners' association to contacts with the accountant, lawyer or utility companies
With this package you opt for maximum peace of mind and a point of contact that is always there for you.

Premium Package – complete care, arranged down to the last detail
Including all services from Package I and II, supplemented with even more intensive follow-up:
- Weekly home inspections for maximum peace of mind
- Full coordination and follow-up of cleaning services, garden maintenance and pool service (if applicable)
With the Premium Package you opt for total management – ideal for those who want everything arranged down to the last detail, without worries.

Important notice
* If, at the request of the owners, a personal visit to the property by one of our employees is desired, an additional fee of €40 (excluding VAT) per visit will be charged.
If these visits take place between 22:00 and 08:00, the costs are €60 (excluding 21% VAT) per visit. If a visit unexpectedly takes longer, we will charge a fee of €20 per hour (excluding 21% VAT) from the first hour.
