Day 3 - Second viewing, visit the lawyer and flight back home
A second viewing can be scheduled for the projects that enjoy your final preference.
All your personal questions and comments can be answered, possibly in the presence of a lawyer. We work closely with an independent, experienced law firm that defends the interests of our clients. Our lawyer and notary ensure a 100% legally secure process. All communication is always in your own language (Dutch, French or English).
In the event that you already have made a choice, there is also the option to visit the furniture store if desired.
In the evening (or the following morning) your UNIQ Estates adviser will take you back to the airport. Thanks to your sunny stay and our good care you will come home relaxed, perhaps as a happy owner of your new dream home in Spain!
