• ​Key management under the conditions as described above.
• Monthly inspection of your home and any additional inspection after storms or heavy rainfall.
• Checking whether all utilities are functioning properly (electricity, water, gas)
• Flushing all toilets, taps and showers to prevent dehydration and any odour nuisance.
• Checking the lighting and replacing bulbs if necessary.
• Ventilating the entire home and checking for any moisture formation.
• Checking for the presence of insects or other vermin.
• Testing all electrical equipment.
• Checking roller shutters, locks and any grills.
• Checking and emptying the letterbox, whereby the existing mail is deposited in the home. Important mail is opened by us after approval by the owner and forwarded to the owner.
• Direct telephone contact with owners in the event of important matters or incidents.
• Monthly email contact with findings of the inspection.
