- Administrative handling - We work closely with a law firm where Dutch-speaking employees help you in your own language with the contractual, administrative and fiscal handling. Together with us, they take care of all the necessary documents, NIE number, title deed, calculation of taxes, etc.
- Monitoring the construction work - We follow the progress of the construction of your dream home. We provide you with photos of the work, talk to the developer about the status and delivery times.
- Choosing the building materials - We help you during construction with the choice of the desired finish: kitchen appliances, tiles, air conditioning, garden, etc. This way, the construction process can run smoothly and we monitor the work on site for you.
- Connecting electricity and water supply - Together with the lawyer, we ensure that the meters are connected and placed in your name.
- Home inspection - Before the home is delivered and the deed can be drawn up at the notary, we carry out a home inspection together with the lawyer. During this inspection, we check the home as if it were for ourselves. We make notes and photos of any defects and send them to the developer to resolve.
- Furnishing your home - We help you choose furniture and then ensure that the door is opened to receive this furniture while you are in Belgium or the Netherlands. We use an interior architect to furnish your home beautifully. This service is 100% FREE.
- Many additional services - We are happy to help you with additional services to make life in Spain pleasant and enjoyable, such as internet connection, TV Flanders, curtains, extra storage, garden landscaping, carport, sun blinds, etc.
- Key management - We work closely with a specialized and confidential key management company. Furthermore, you can always leave a key at our office for FREE in case you lose your key or forget it at home.
