Worry-free construction supervision – from start to finish

Once the design has been approved, we submit the project to the municipality for the building permit. This procedure takes an average of four months. In the meantime, we prepare the site for construction, so that no time is lost.

We remain your permanent point of contact throughout the entire construction process. MedVilla provides:

• Coordination with contractors and architect
• Guidance in the choice of materials (kitchen, sanitary facilities, tiles, etc.)
• Legal support via a Dutch-speaking lawyer
• Documentation with photo updates of all construction phases

Even if you are not in Spain, you will be fully informed of the progress. Everything is carried out with top-quality materials and under the supervision of an experienced team.
