MedVilla invites you to get to know the most beautiful houses and surroundings on the Spanish coast during a no-obligation personal visit of 3 days.
MedVilla does not organize inspection trips like many colleagues !!
In the first place, we believe that traveling to Spain to find your perfect holiday home should be fun and relaxing. Nothing is more annoying and unpleasant than being cared for all day in a car by a salesman who wants to sell you his favorite home with the most commission and who also follows you to the restaurant in the evening so that you can never discuss with your partner and enjoy what Spain has to offer.
That is why we never accompany you to a restaurant in the evening, you just do what you like to do. We schedule the viewings from around 9am to +-3-4pm and then you are free for the rest of the day, so you can quietly discuss the visited properties with your partner, enjoy a sunny terrace etc. .

Ideally, we usually propose you 3 days / 2 nights on site:
This length of stay allows us to guide you as best we can during the various visits and to propose you several projects. Of course, more or less days are also possible.
After the personalized conversation we had with you by phone or email, we carefully analyzed your project, your criteria and your budget.
Together we have selected some interesting properties that suit you. The next step is now to visit these homes in Spain to discover them in their environment.
Three-day viewing trip
We are happy to arrange your viewing and advise you with regard to the flights. Take 3 days out and you have a complete picture. These are 3 fun and intensive days, because there are many impressions coming at you. But in our experience it is the best way, better than 'doing it in between' during a holiday!
We will pick you up from the airport and show you a large part of the area - after all, that is most important, you have to feel HOME. Then we visit the new construction projects that we discussed together. Depending on your wishes, this visit may also include a visit to a lawyer or a bank.
Of course we hope that during those 3 days you have found the house of your dreams ... and fortunately that is often the case ;-)
Guidance after the purchase of your dream home
If you decide to proceed with the purchase, we will guide you through the purchasing process together with a lawyer and notary. Thanks to our years of experience, you don't have to worry about anything
But you can keep count on us even after the purchase. MedVilla guides you FREE in the design of your home, together with our interior architect on site.
